Due to recent tariff updates set by the US government we have paused shipping on all orders to the USA.

This isn’t a dramatic gesture, it’s because we refuse to pass the burden of unpredictable, high import tariffs onto you. As a brand committed to making high-quality, accessible pieces, absorbing these added costs simply isn’t sustainable, especially when the tariff regulations continue to shift with little clarity around final landed costs.

While this change is beyond our control, please know we’re working very hard behind the scenes to find solutions and resume shipping to the US as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding and patience!

Expect all orders to take between 4-7 working days for delivery. Orders placed during busy periods such as a promotions, sales, pre-orders and Xmas may take a few extra days to dispatch.

We cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen shipping delays that are outside of our control.

All orders are sent from our logistics centre in Hong Kong using DHL express couriers. In some instances where an item is not available at our warehouse in Hong Kong we may ship from our head office in Australia. 

If you place an order on a business day before 12pm AWST, it will dispatch the same day. If placed after 12pm AWST, it will dispatch the following business day. Any orders placed over the weekend will dispatch the next business day.

Orders placed during busy periods such as a promotions, sales, pre-orders and Xmas may take a few extra days to dispatch. 

For Christmas delivery, we recommend placing your order no later than Sunday the 15th of December to ensure it arrives in time. We cannot be held responsible for unforeseen transit delays once it has been shipped.

We use DHL express couriers for majority of our shipments however if your delivery location is rural or outside of a major metropolitan area or a PO BOX, DHL may hand your shipment over to a third-party courier for the final leg of delivery which may result in an additional 2-4 business days added to the shipping time. DHL shipments must be to a residential or business address (not a PO Box) and be signed for on delivery.

Poppy Lissiman cannot be held responsible for any stolen or lost parcels once proof of delivery has been provided by the courier.  

We cover the duties and taxes on all US rders under $800 USD.

If you are shopping from either Canada or Mexico you will need to pay for all duties, taxes and fees on delivery if applicable.

Rest of world: Unless otherwise stated, our shipping costs are exclusive of all import duties and taxes

If your order is returned to us for any reason (including customs fees not paid or unable to deliver) our Customer Care team will attempt to reach out immediately.

If you choose to reject or refuse delivery after purchase, due to the customs fees, cost of shipping, customs duties, and taxes involved in the redirection of the package back to sender, those charges will be deducted from the balance of your refund.

Pre-order items will be processed as usual, but they will be shipped at a later date. The expected shipping date will be listed on the product page. You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, please note that we will wait to ship everything together once all items are available.
